| Practice Description - | Ashley began her career as a commercial litigator and has significant experience litigating and mediating a wide variety of disputes, including employment, human rights, insurance, shareholder, environmental, and contractual matters. She is a roster mediator with the Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program. After graduating from Cornell Law School in 2000, Ashley was called to the bars of New York, Washington, D.C., and Ontario. She worked at a national law firm in Washington, D.C., a national law firm in Toronto and subsequently a litigation boutique in Toronto. She currently runs her own practice focusing on mediation, workplace investigations, and other third party neutral work. |
