| Background - | Prior to co-founding Resolutions At Work, Dana worked for nearly a decade in private practice, focused almost exclusively on employment law. As a result, Dana developed a deep understanding of all areas of workplace law. The aspect of Dana's practice that she most enjoyed was helping her clients achieve favourable resolutions of their legal matters. Accordingly, she decided to move into the role of neutral to allow her to focus exclusively on helping parties reach a resolution to their workplace issues. |
