| Background - | Leslie Reaume has been an effective decision-maker and mediator for many years and has resolved hundreds of public and private sector disputes. She works as an arbitrator, mediator, and investigator in labour, employment, and human rights cases at the federal and provincial levels. Leslie is a member of the Ontario Labour-Management Arbitrators' Association, a part-time member of the FPSLREB, an external adjudicator with the Canada Industrial Relations Board, and a part-time adjudicator with the Yukon Public Service Labour Relations Board and the Yukon Teachers Labour Relations Board. From 2007 to 2019, Leslie served as a Vice-chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Prior to that, she practised employment, human rights, administrative, and constitutional law. Leslie also mediated discrimination and pay equity disputes involving federal employers, unions, and employees. |
