Fees - $2,300.00 (plus HST) for a two-party, half-day virtual mediation*, and $4,000.00 (plus HST) for a two-party, full-day virtual mediation when booked in advance. Rate includes a pre-mediation conference call, preparation, and post-mediation follow-up (if required). In-person and hybrid rates are extra. Additional time and parties are extra, as is travel outside of the GTA for attending an in-person mediation. Evening and weekend mediations are available on request. Special rates are available on request for Small Claims Court and Human Rights Tribunal mediations.
