Practice Description - | A mediator and arbitrator, Mitchell Rose is a third party neutral handling a wide range of civil disputes, including: Employment law - including wrongful dismissal, contracts, and human rights matters Business disputes - including shareholder remedies, partnership issues and family businesses Estate litigation Neighbour disputes - including property lines/boundaries/fences Professional negligence Real estate and construction disputes I combine elements of both interests-based and evaluative styles of dispute resolution. I tenaciously pursue the settlement of a dispute while maintaining respect for the parties' ability to make wise decisions for themselves on the advice of their counsel. |

Fees - | $2,300.00 (plus HST) for a two-party, half-day virtual mediation*, and $4,000.00 (plus HST) for a two-party, full-day virtual mediation when booked in advance. Rate includes a pre-mediation conference call, preparation, and post-mediation follow-up (if required). In-person and hybrid rates are extra. Additional time and parties are extra, as is travel outside of the GTA for attending an in-person mediation. Evening and weekend mediations are available on request. Special rates are available on request for Small Claims Court and Human Rights Tribunal mediations.
