Practice Description - Robert is a mediator, arbitrator, litigator, and educator. As the founder of Karrass Law, he takes a fair, thoughtful, and results-driven approach to resolving disputes, combining strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to achieving successful outcomes.
Background - Robert Karrass earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2013 where he received the Kenneth Gibson Morden Memorial Prize for standing highest in the subject of Evidence.

His practice includes mediation and arbitration of complex civil, commercial, and family disputes. Since 2012, he has been engaged in dispute resolution, bringing a strategic and solution-focused approach to helping parties reach equitable and practical outcomes.

In addition to his work as a litigator, Robert has focused significantly on ADR. In 2015 Robert was appointed to the consent and capacity board where he presided on over 400 cases dealing with issues related to capacity to consent to treatment, property, involuntary status in hospital, and an array of issues under 8 separate legislations.

Through Robert’s work in litigation and alternative dispute resolution he has developed a keen ability to navigate high-stakes disputes with sensitivity and precision. His experience provides him with the insight to handle even the most challenging conflicts, ensuring a fair and efficient process.
